  Custom Inground Pools constructed a vinyl liner pool for our family in the spring of 2017. Our new pool is the center of our backyard oasis. From the time we began working with Donnie he established himself as someone that we can count on. From the response to my initial phone call to the support we have received since the pool was completed we feel like we are important to Donnie and the Custom team. Our pool project was started on the exact date Donnie gave us, and was completed well within the timing we were told. All members of the field crew were courteous and professional. The pool and the equipment are all high quality and performed perfectly this first season. As expected, when we first starting using the pool a few minor items needed to be corrected or adjusted.   Custom installed our inground liner pool at the end of last season. It took my wife and I three years and four different pool companies to finally make the choice to go with Custom.   Donnie and The Custom Inground Pools crew made our dream come true with a inground gunite pool this June. My husband and I researched inground pools for over a year. Donnie was very responsive to every call or text. The crew was always very polite and kept a clean and safe jobsite. Safety fences were always reinstalled each night until our pool was completed. This was very important as the kids were very curious. I would highly recommend the CIP team.

The guys arrived early every morning and worked late, which impressed me as much as the work itself. The end result was a pool that attracted kids from near and far!
