Donnie and Custom Inground Pools helped me resurrect my pool after not being opened for about 7 years. I bought a house and inherited a pool that I thought had been maintained. I contacted Donnie and he came out to take a look at it for me and let me know what needed to be done. He worked with my schedule and spent a couple of weekends over here getting my pool up to par. He answered every stupid question that I had and was always in constant communication with me. He did a great job and I couldn't be happier with my pool. Custom Inground Pools constructed a vinyl liner pool for our family in the spring of 2017. Our new pool is the center of our backyard oasis. From the time we began working with Donnie he established himself as someone that we can count on. From the response to my initial phone call to the support we have received since the pool was completed we feel like we are important to Donnie and the Custom team. Our pool project was started on the exact date Donnie gave us, and was completed well within the timing we were told. All members of the field crew were courteous and professional. The pool and the equipment are all high quality and performed perfectly this first season. As expected, when we first starting using the pool a few minor items needed to be corrected or adjusted. Had our pool put in November of 2016. Last pool of the season I believe. The guys were great To work with and Donnie is always on call for whatever you need. They take care of any and all issues. The kids are loving the pool and wouldn’t think of using anyone else for an installation.

Keith and I had a liner pool with tanning shelf put in this June. Donnie worked with us every step of the way texting,emailing and calling to touch base with us. He made suggestions that enhanced the appearance and function of the pool. He and his crew where polite and courteous taking great care of the construction site. They entertained my 5year old who was sad to see the digger leave. We researched for over two years and felt the most comfortable with Donnie and feel he proves his worth with the finished product and did I mention he finished ahead of schedule working late and on weekends. Custom Inground Pools just finished our inground liner pool and we absolutely love it. Donnie and his crew were always very professional and took the time to answer our questions. From our initial meeting with Donnie and all the way through the end was such a great experience. The construction process started earlier than promised and flowed without delay until completion.
